User queries are one of the first customizations we do for our SAP Business One users.
Queries in SAP Business One can help you arrange the menu in any order and limit your menu options to only those that fit your processes.
1. Find the queries under the queries manager
2. Select the query option you want to add to the Modules menu by either writing keywords on the Search bar or by selecting it from the list below.
3. After selecting it click assign to menu and wait for the Query Menu Registration to pop up.
4. After selecting the “Menu Item” option, click the three dots option next to “Parent Menu ID” to choose under which module you will add the Menu Item of your choice.
Under “Parent Menu ID” you can also choose the position of your new menu item by stating the order through a decimal. When you are done click ok.
Your choice will be displayed on the Modules Menu on your left on the specified position and Module.
