Andres D. Castrillón – President
Mr. Andres Castrillón worked for Exact Software/Macola for ten years, as Latin America’s General Manager, and most recently as General Manager for Multinational Sales for Exact Software North America. He held executive positions at Philips Electronics and previously at IBM.
Mr. Castrillón graduated as a Systems Engineer and received his Masters Degree in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Purdue University.
Prior to joining Macola Software in the United States, which is now Exact Software, Mr. Castrillón founded Consensus S.A., a company in Colombia dedicated to selling and implementing ERP system Castrillón s. He had hands-on experience in over 34 implementations of ERP systems in companies of different business sectors.

Mauricio Castrillón – Sales and Marketing
Systems and Computing Engineer, Master in Marketing. Mr. Castrillón held several positions in the sales and marketing departments of IBM in Colombia and Spain. He was Director for the Software Division and later the Outsourcing Organization for IBM. Was IT Director for Alpina, largest dairy industry in the region. Was IT Director for Asia and Latin America for Pfizer at the Company’s New York HQs. Mr. Castrillón was named by Dinero, the most prestigious business magazine in Colombia, as one of the top 25 Most Successful Colombians abroad.

Adriana Monsalve – Consulting
Systems and Computing Engineer, partner and founder of Consensus S.A. Mrs. Monsalve was responsible and had hands-on experience in the implementation of over 40 ERP systems in manufacturing and distribution companies.
Previously, Mrs. Monsalve worked for Exxon in several positions in the IT area. She specialized in project management, executive coaching and change management.

Systems and Computing Engineer, Specialist in Object Oriented Programming, Specialist in Sales and Marketing.
Partner and founder of Consensus S.A. (Colombia), established in 1990, focusing on distribution and manufacturing companies, leveraging its development resources and complementary solutions to meet the requirements of companies in the distribution and manufacturing sectors.
